The Commission
- was briefed by the staff on the status of and projected schedules for actions on uranium mill tailings regulations.
The Commission requested that the staff:
1.
Provide a schedule of milestones on the working group's activities; and (NMSS)

submit staff comments on EPA's proposed Titl II Standards (when issued) for commission approval, after coordinating with OGC.

~The Commission will revisit its mill tailings regulations within 90 days of issuance of the proposed EPA standards (estimated 3/15/83).
