Exercise Weakness
Proper use of protective clothing, i.e., anti-contamination clothing, was
not demonstrated by one of two emergency workers dispatched from the Access
Control Point of the Operational Support Center during the exercise.
This
worker not only potentially contaminated his face several times with his
gloved hand, but also struck his co-worker with the outer top of his
outer layer of protective clothing which was simulated to be highly
contaminated. Open Item No. 263/85009-01. (Section 5.c)
