MALLINCKRODT CEEMICAL WORKS, REG,UEST FOR AMENDED Stim LICENSE DOCKET NO. 70-36 ANALYSIS AND FINDINGS Reference is made to the Memorandum to the Files dated February 10, 1958 on which was based the March 3,1958 amendment of SNM-33 By applications of March 14 and April 7,1958, the licensee has requested amendment of the license to permit pelleting operation and waste disposal operations, the waste disposal operations being partially a request under Section 20 302 of Part 20. All information contained in the February 10 memorandum are incorporated by reference.
It is hereby determined that the license may be amended as requested by the applicant.
