Extension of Time for Response to Enforcement Action Based on a discussion between Mr. Steve Cowne of your staff and Mr. John R.
White of this office, we understand that you require additional _ time to prepare your response to the Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil -Penalties, dated September 26, 1985.
The responses concerning your Post-Accident Sampling System were scheduled to be submitted by October 26, 1985.
In order to allow you to prepare a complete and technically accurate response, we are extending the response time to no later than November 9, 1985.
