MANAGEMENT OF ALLEGATIONS This refers to your memorandum dated June 3.1996, in which you notified us that on May 1. 1996. you had approved the revision of Management Directive 8.8
" Management of Allegations" and that we should revise our implementing procedures accordingly. In addition, you requested that we review the priorities assigned to investigations and revise them to be consistent with the guidance in the revision.
On July 7.1996, we performed a review of our open investigation cases y the Office of Investigations and made the necessary changes. On August 1996, our Regional Office Instruction 1030 rev. 8. " Processing Allegations Co laints and !
Concerns" was approved.
This completes our activities regarding this matter.
