Last week's Division Interface meeting requested that the attached information i

be e-mailed to the entire Region I staff. Included are new forms to be used to document allegation receipt and status as well as a new form acknowledgement letter. PLEASE USE THE ATTACHED INFORMATION FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. We need to i

start using similar forms so we can all be on the same page. PLEASE stop using Allegation Receipt forms from older versions of the Regional Instruction (I've seen forms used that are at least 6 or 7 years old). The new forms are also on the Sadrive (see attached message). Thanks.
