This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. M. Bright of your staff and Mr. V. W. Panciera of my staff on July 16, 1985, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Region II Office on August 28, 1985, at 9:00 a.m.
You requested this meeting to discuss the result of Florida Power Corporation quality assurance review of operator training procedures and development of the operator recertification program as requested in NRC Confirmation of Action letter. dated January 29, 1985.
