This refers to your letter of September 10, 1974, concerning a partial rebate of the annual fee for License No. SNM-276.
We have notified our Controller's office to refund $612.50 to Mallinckrodt, as a result of the July 15, 1974 license amendment.
You should be receiving your refund in the near future.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of a NOTICE to all AEC licensees regarding the Coannission's reconsideration of its annual license fee program.
