Dear Mr. Campbell
The above subject Notice of Violation was transmitted to you by letter, dated
December 13, 1996.
It has come to our attention that the transmittal letter
referenced an incorrect NRC inspection report number. Please replace this page
and insert the corrected page (Enclosure 1) which reflects NRC Inspection Report
No. 50-325, 324/96-15.
In NRC Inspection Report No. 50-325, 324/96-15, a statement in the Executive
Summary under Operations could be construed to convey the wrong meaning. Please
replace the Executive Summary page and insert the corrected page (Enclosure 2).
Additionally, NRC Integrated Inspection Report No. 50 325, 324/96-16 was
transmitted to you by letter, dated January 2,1997. Sections R1.1, R1.2, R1.3,
and R8.1 were not included in the transmittal. Please replace the affected pages
,
of the Executive Summary and section R1 with the corrected pages (Enclosure 3)
which reflect these additional sections.
