Dear Sir:

I would like to advise that Mallinckrodt Nuclear Corporation is provided property coverage by the Nuclear Energy Property Insurance Association.

This insurance is haniled through the insurance agency, W. H. Markham and Company, 506 Olive Street, St. Louis 1, Missouri. The form used to afford i

protection is the standard NEPIA fom, and our policy is No. 69 with an expiration date of September h,1960.

The limit of liability is ggtermined by the NEFIA formula which develops a lianit of liability for re than the least of the following amounts:

1.

Actual cash value at the date of loss of the property.

2.

125% of the amount of insurance specified in the decla-i ration.

3.

The amount of insurance specified in the declaration, plus $1,000,000.

This policy is written with a further reporting clause: Values are sub-mitted to us approximately two weeks following the close of a month, based on the average daily values calculated at the end of the month. When these figures are submitted, the policy is endorsed to reflect either the increase or decrease. When we have knowledge of an incoming shipment or of an out-going shipment that will distort the coverage set forth in the declaration, we notify our insurer to increase or decrease the coverage accordingly.
