Description of the Problem i
Quality Assurance Category I distribution panelboards, as identified in Nonconformance and Disposition Report No. 0032, were installed in a mounting 4
configuration which was not representative of the configuration used for seismic qualification by the Vendor.
This problem was identified during the j
seismic qualification walkdown of electrical distribution panelboard 4
EJS*PNL100A.

The matter is under investigation and a final report will be submitted by December 30, 1985.
