The station operated during the month of September 1985 with a Unit f

Availability Factor of 100.0 and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 93.2.

There were 0 challenges to Electromatic Relief Valves. Reductions in Capacity Factor were due to high circulating water temperatures and control rod sequence exchange.

hR# 34516 94-01 #11 Inst air comp - replaced oil scraper rings.

l hR# 34318 201.1, 23, 24 - removed beam clamp left by contractor from support and taken from gated area. Not needed to support pipe.

  1. 11 foot valve on CRD 34 replaced packing and 'O' rings.

Installed new pistons HP and LP and push rods.

  1. 93 cont. spray raw water pump - rebuilt.

hR# 31816 44-10-39 foot valve - replaced packing.

No Class I, Safety Related, Corrective Maintenance performed this month.

CLASS I WORK - INSTRUMENTATION 6 CONTROL - SEPTEMBER 1985 hR# 34247 CAD monitor System #11 gives downscale oxygen reading when not in test / calibration mode.

(adjusted zero) hR# 34446 Containment spray raw water pump #122 Flow indicator shows elevated flow reading when pump is off.

(Static on meter face) hR# 33786 Diesel fire pump hoses frayed (reattached new braided hose and replaced old reinforced rubber oil lines).
