Generic Letter 85 Trojan Technical Specifications We have reviewed your letter of June 30, 1985 requesting Technical Specif-ication changes consistent with Generic Letter 85-09.
We plan to modify the Trojan Technical Specifications (TTS) based upon recommendations from the Westinghouse Owners' Group (WOG). The WOG is considering a program which would optimize reactor trip breaker maintenance and surveillance practices. An integral part of the program will be the development of Technical Specification changes consistent with the guidance of Generic Letter 85-09.
It is our intent to participate in the WOG efforts on this issue. Therefore, the TTS will be revised following the completion of this program.
In the event the WOG does not undertake the above program, a License change Application will be submitted by November 1, 1985.
