Carolina Power & Light Company hereby submits six copies of Revision 2 to each of the following: the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Security Plan; the i
i Safeguards Contingency Plan; and the Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan. The enclosed copies are total reprints of the documents and replace all previously submitted plans. Revisions are noted by sidebars in the columns of the affected pages.
1 This revisions of the plans do not reduce any previous commitments. Examples of the changes include:
1.
Reflection of SHNPP as a one-unit facility, 2.
Incorporation of changes in titles of various management personnel and reflection of the current organization, i
3.
Incorporation of resolution to Joint Contention No. 3 in the operating license proceeding before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, i
4.
Revision of vital and protected area drawings to reflect one unit operation, and 5.
Miscellaneous editorial changes.
The plans transmitted herewith contain information which has been determined to be Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
