We have completed our review of Revision 2 (dated July 1985) to the " Interim Security Plan For Fuel Storage-South Texas Project Electric Generating Station (Units 1 and 2)" submitted by your letter - G9.9 - dated July 19, 1985.
Based on our evaluation, we have determined that the Plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 for fixed site and in-transit protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
Accordingly, your Plan as identified above is approved and must be fully implemented, including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 73.67 for fixed site and in-transit protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of July 19, 1985, contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
