We have reviewed your document titled "Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit #2 Security Plan for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance, Revision 1" dated August 1985. We have determined that your plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 for fixed site and in transit protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
Accordingly, your Plan as identified above is approved and must be fully implemented, including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 70.32(e), by the date of fuel receipt.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of August 8, 1985 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infomation is deemed to be commercial or financial infomation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
