Dear Mr. Beard:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. L. Kelley of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on December 19. 1996, concerning cancellation of the January 10th meeting and combining the Corrective Action Program and Restart Panel meeting requested by the NRC. The meeting is being rescheduled for January 9. 1997. from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
The location of the meeting will be at your Nuclear Administration Building (NAB) Conference Room 101.
This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994. 59 FR 48340).
