CORRECTIVE ACTION PROGRAM AND RESTART PANEL - CRYSTAL RIVER 3 - DOCKET NO. 50-302
Dear Mr. Beard:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. L. Kelley of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on December 19, 1996, concerning a meeting requested by the NRC which is scheduled for January 9,1997 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the status of your 3rogress on your Corrective Action Program and the items included on the NRC ianual Chapter 0350 Restart Matrix.
The agenda discussion items should i
include the following:
1.
Outage Schedule 2.
Unreviewed Safety Questions Identified and the Associated License Amendments 3.
Plan for Com3leting Implementation of CP-111 4.
Changes to t1e Restart List 5.
FPC Assessment Plan to Assure Readiness for Restart The location of the meeting will be at your Nuclear Administration Building (NAB) Conference Room 101. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994. 59 FR 48340).
