APPLICABILITY: CONDITIONS 1 and 2.

SURVEILLANCE REQllIREMENTS-4.6.6.2 Each hydrogen recombiner system shall be demonstrated OPERABLE:

At least once per 6 months by verifying during a recombiner a.

system functional test 'that the ministmi heater sheath temperature increases to > 6000F within 60 minutes and is maintained for at least 2 hoiirs.

At least once per 18 months by:

Performing a OIANNEL CALIBRATION of all recombiner instru-mentation and control circuits.

Verifying through a visual examination that there is no evidence of abnonnal conditions within the recombiners 4
