SUMMARY
REPORT EQR THE 1996 REFUELING OUTAGE As set forth in the provisions of ASME Section XI, paragraph IWA-6230, enclosed is the inservice inspection Report for North Anna Power Station Unit 2 for the 1996 refueling i
outage. This report is a summary of examinations performed during the outage to partially satisfy requirements for the second ten-year inservice inspection interval.
In accordance with IWA-6220 of ASME Section XI, a Form NIS-1 Owner's Report for Inservice inspections, an examination summary, and abstracts of examinations performed are provided with this report in Attachment 1. The NIS-2 Forms, Owner's Reports for Repairs or Replacements, are provided in Attachment 2.
For any examination or pressure test that did not meet the ASME Code Section XI requirements, either the examination or test will be completed within the period or the 7
appropriate Code relief will be requested.
Should you require more detailed information, the entire report will be maintained on file at the station and at the f
corporate office.
