Reference 1 requested that SCE remit an application fee of $150 for the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) review of our steam generator inspection program submitted by Reference 2.
The request was based upon the i
determination that the need for DNRR review and approval of the steam i
generator intpection program subjects the Reference 2 submittal to the fee provisions of the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170.
In response to that request find enclosed SCE's check in the amount of $150 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c).
