Lear, NRC, Steam Generator Inspection Report, April 14, 1986 Reference 1 requested that SCE remit an application fee of $150 for the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) review of our steam generator inspection report submitted by Reference 2. The request was based upon the determination that the need for ONRR review and approval of the steam generator inspection report subjects the Reference 2 submittal to the fee provisions of the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170. In response to that request find enclosed SCE's check in the amount of $150 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c).
