REPORT NOS. 50-269/84-33, 50-270/84-30, AND 50-287/84-34
Thank you for your response of February 22, 1985, and supplemental responses of
May 17 and June 7,1985, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 23, 1985,
concerning licensed activities conducted at your Oconee facility.
We have
reviewed your supplemental responses to Violations 1 and 2 and found they meet
the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
In regards to the supplemental response to Violation 2, we will examine the
implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
We are evaluating your supplemental response to Violation 1 and will inform you
of its acceptability at a later date.
