1 July 5 Dr. Niel Wald: Patier.t feeling fine. Status quo. .

Olorning report) Dr. Eogan of St. Barnabes is going to look closely as to distribution of epilation.

Dr. Wald suggests using photographs.

White count about 2000.

Mr. Haseficid: Patient still feeling fine. .

Losing a little hair.

Dr. Nlel Vald: Patient feeling well.

(Afternoon report) White biced count - yesterday 1600 - today 1700 i Platelets 39,000 and continuing to slide.

Cetting close to the point where administration of antibiotics vill be necessary. The problem period vill be from day 24-25 to day 31-32. Bonc narrow vill recover. Ey day 35 blood should be nornal or well on its way.

Epilation more severe on Icft side than right. Side-burns gone en the lef t side but not on the right.

Both arms locing hair. Not auch loss on legs or torso.

Hr. Haceficid: Dr. Eogan of St. Barnabas said they were prepared to (Afternoon report) act over veckend should situation require it. Dr. Eogan stated he vould inforn Hasefield if anything should happen.

(Afternoon report) Platelets 13,000 today. Platelets being edministered 1 as a preventative measure - no bleeding.

Imminar flow system (removal of bacteria from air) set up but not in cperation. The patients critical l period will last about a veck. By next Monday he will be on his way to recovery. '
