WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND,2 (TAC NOS. M92386 and M92387) (TS 95-07)
Dear Mr. Kingsley:
By letter dated May 19, 1995, you applied for an amendment to the Technical Specifications for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-77 and DPR-79. The proposed change would have revised Technical Specification surveillance requirement 4.1.1.3 to conditionally exempt the end-of-life measurement of moderator temperature coefficient.
Subsequently, in a telephone conversation with Mr. James Smith of the Sequoyah staff on December 17, 1996, I was informe that TVA has made a decision to withdraw this amendment request. This letter is to document withdrawal of Amendment Request No. 95-07.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
