Dear Mr. Maas:
This refers to your application dated August 22, 1996, requesting the revision s
of License SNM-1227 to include LLRW shredding and uranium recovery from LLRW in a modular recovery unit as an authorized activity. Our review of the revision has identified additional information that is needed in the area of criticality safety before final action can be taken on your amendment request.
