Dear Mr. Starostecki:
The corrective action to a
reported deficiency concerning the misoperation of General Electric " SAM" relays (Deficiency No. 84-27) was to be completed by July 31, 1985.
This date was based on site delivery of modification parts by early in 1985.
Due to difficulties in obtaining the required Quality Assurance Category I certifications, the projected site delivery date has changed to August 2, 1985.
Therefore, the corrective action is now scheduled for completion by October 1, 1985.
