COMR. McGAFFIGAN COMMENT RESOLUTION In their vote sheets, all Commissioners approved the staff proposal and some Commissioners included comments. All the comments were included in the resulting SRM except for one item noted by Commissioner Diaz. He requested that a statement be included in the FRN to the effect that the staff was confident that Massachusetts could meet the new IMPEP criteria. A majority of the Commission disagreed with that addition. Subsequently, the comments of the majority of the Commission were incorporated into the guidance to staff as reflected in the SRM issued on December 17, 1996.
