We have reviewed your document, "Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Application for Special Nuclear Material License Section 1.3," and note that several items have not been completely addressed. Our concerns, which were discussed in general with your Mr. Sinders on May 6, 1985, are described in the attachment to this letter.
