Inspection Report No. 50-443/85-19
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. H. W. Kerch of
this office on July 15-26, 1985 at Seabrook Station, Unit 1, of activities
authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-135 and to the discussions of our findings
held by Mr. R. M. Campbell of this office with Mr. J. W. Singleton and other
members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The areas examined during the inspection included welding, nondestructive
examination, and the preservice inspection program. Within these areas the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and' representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
In ad-
dition, the NRC Nondestructive Examination Van was also used to make certain
independent physical measurements.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
