This is in response to your letter dated May 10, 1985, which transmitted revised portions of Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan pages under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.34.

Our review has determined that the revisions are acceptable in that they will not decrease the effectiveness of your safeguards program and will not adversely affect the common defense and security nor the public health and safety, and is otherwise in the public interest. We are also taking this opportunity to recognize the Region II May 7, 1985, approval of FNMC Plan revisions dated April 19, 1985, under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).

Accordingly License Condition 2.1 to Amendment SG-1 to your License No.

SNM-1097 is hereby revised, effective ininediately, to read as follows:

2.1 - The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNHC) Plan dated June 24, 1977; as amended according to the schedule of pages dated April 19, 1985, transmitted by his letter from C. M. Vaughan to J. N. Grace (Region II) dated April 19, 1985; the FNMC Plan pages dated April 5,1985, transmitted by his letter from C. M. Vaughan to W. B. Brown (SGFF) dated April 5,1985; the FNMC Plan pages dated February 14, 1984, transmitted by his letter from C. M. Vaughan to W. B. Brown (SGFF) dated May 10,1985; and as may be further revised in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.22(c). t Pages 3-16 through 3-22 and Pages 7-7 through 7-17 marked
