BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - CRACKED CYLINDER BLOCK ON TDI DIESEL GENERATORS - BLRD-50-438/85-11 AND BLRD-!4-439/85 FINAL REPORT This letter is to correct the content of our cover letter dated July 9, 1985 transmitting the final report on the subject matter. The first paragraph should read as-follows:
The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-OIE Inspector Al Ignatonis on March 18, 1985 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as

NCR 4030. This was followed by our first interim report dated April 12, 1985. Enclosed is our final report. We consider 10 CFR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
