The subject request was submitted to the NRC by GPU Nuclear letter dated October 10, 1996.
The proposed amendment changes the Trip Setting for Technical Specification Table 3.1.1 Item No.
G.3, Automatic Depressurization - System (ADS) by clarification of the functional requirement to provide an interlock permissive which ensures that a source of cooling water is available via the Core Spray System prior to depressurization.
