We have received a copy of your application dated May 28, 1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to undervoltage protection for the Crystal River Unit No. 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170, as revised June 20, 1984, were not remitted with your application. This revised rule requires licensee'. to remit an application' fee of $150 with each application for license amendnent, relief, exemption and other request. Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the required application fee of $150 for your ;
