.n of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety has prepared an Environmental Assessment related to the issuance of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1953. On the basis of this assessment, the Commission has con-cluded tnct the environmental impact created by the proposed licenst.y action would not be significant and does not warrant the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement. Accordingly, it has been determined that a Finding of No Significant Impact is appropriate. The Environmental Assessment is available for oublic inspection and copying at the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
