Description of the Problen A reinspection of the soldered connections on 32 switches installed in the reactor water cleanup and recirtulation control boa rd, Panel 2 CEC *PNL602, identified several nonconfonning soldered connections that were found to be doctnented as satisfactory when initially inspected.
The subject connections were found to be unsatisfactory based on the acceptance criteria established in the Quality Assurance Inspection Plan for Specification No. E062A.
This matter is still under investigation, and a final report will be submitted by September 30, 1985.
