E. Fredriekson cn 0ctober 25, 1984 in accordanoe with 10 7R 50.55(e) as NCR 3511. The first and second interim reports were s'utraitted on November 20, 1984 and Fetrmry 27, 1985, respectively. Below is our third interim report.

We expect to sutrait our next report on or about November 8,1985. We consider 10 TR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.

Interim Prcgress IV A is still in the process of evalmting the subject deficiency and is working with the vendor, Ihbcock and Wilcox (B&W), to determine the necessary corrective acti on.
