AFFIDAVIT I Lorraina Creek swea* that the following information is true to the best of Tiw knowledge.

I am Sectrtary of Bob Neiner Faras, Inc. I

-have been actively involved in the negotiaticns with Commorwealth Edison for an easement across the property ouned by Ecb Nainer Farms, Inc. since the middle 1770's.

In 19"9 there was a meeting held at the home of Bob Neiner which was attended by Mr. Bob Kinney of Commonwealth Edison, Bruce Larson of the Illinois Commerce Commission, Ecb, Eleanor, and Pat Neiner and several other property cwners that .

were actively involved with Commonwealth Edison in negotiations for an easement for a-345%v trarsmission line and a 765kv transmission line.

At that meeting it was stated by Mr. Kinne9 that the 765 line would be built starting within five wears.

Commonwealth Edison through their agents who have changed several tin,es since the middle 70's have alwaas tried to obtain easement rights for both of the lires at the sa.ns time. There was never any mention that the 765kv line was not goirs to be built until the Braidwood facility had fou= nuclear units ce that it weald be 05 Jears or more until they constructed the 765kv line. It was always their representation that the line was to be constructed in relation to the existi,s first two units at 3raidwood.

It is entirely possible that the power produced at Braiduced could at some time for any reason be fed into the grid that feeds a 765kv line. Therefore, it is within the duty and the scope.cf the Board to st_ ids the effects of 765kv lines with relation to 3raidwood station.
