DELLEFWTE NUCLEAR PLANT IEITS 1 AND 2 - LOOSE DRIVE HUBS W OVEEPEED GOVEINOR DRIVE SHAFT CN DELAVAL DIESEIS - BLRD-50-438/84-15, BLRD 439/84 SUPPIEENTAL FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. E. Fredrickson on February 3,1984 in acccdance with 10 TR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN EB 8401. This was followed by our interim report dated March 1, 1984 and final report dated August 3,1984.
Below is our supplemental final mport. We consider 10 WR Part 21 applicable to this deficiency.
In the final report, we stated that the inspection of all drive hubs on the overspeed governor drive shaf t on Delaval diesels has been completed. This statement is in error. The inspection effort is still ongoing and we anticipate completion of these actions by August 26, 1985.
