l Jay Gutierrez with the law firm of Morgan, Lewis, and Bockius, called today to request a meeting with you on behalf of Northeast Utilities' Board of Trustees. I have scheduled time on Tuesday, July 16, at 4:00 p.m. for a meeting with two Trustees, Robert Patricelli and Ms. Cotton Cleveland, and an advisor to the Board of Trustees who is chairman of their Advisory Team, George Davis.
