This is in response to your letter dated April 18, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, NRC's draft regulatory agenda and other information submitted to OMB under Executive Order 12498 cnd Bulletin 85-9, and any other records that refer to the draft regulatory agenda.
This is to inform you that the NRC is not included among the agencies covered by the Executive Order, which are enumerated by Section 4 on page 2 of the Bulletin, and has not submitted an agenda to OMB in response to the Executive Order.
Records that refer to the draft regulatory agenda are identified on the enclosed appendix.
These records are being made available at the NRC's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, NW, Washington DC 20555, for your inspection and copying. The records will be filed in PDR folder F01A-85-29? under your name.
