BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DESIGN OF AUXILIARY FEEDWATER PUMP TRIP AND THROTTLE VALVE ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS - BLRD-50-438/83-45, BLRD-50-439/83 SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector L. Watson on July 19, 1983 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN EEB 8316. This was followed by our interim reports dated August 18 and December 27, 1983 and our final report dated April 2,1984. Our first supplemental final report was submitted on March 6, 1985. Below is our second supplemental final report.
As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector A. Ignatonis on May 28, 1985, the date of May 28, 1985 for completion of corrective actions indicated in our first supplemental final report on this matter was not met. The unit 1 corrective actions are complete; however, the unit 2 corrective actions have been re-scheduled in accordance with the overall slip in the unit 2 schedule. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by July 18, 1987.
