Box 551 Little Rock, Arkansas 72203 Gentlemen, This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated May 10, 1985, in response to our letter to you dated April 2, 1985, concerning the Emergency Operations Facility staffing issue.
Your lette-indicates a detailed evaluation can be completed within 30 days frcm May 10, 1985. Accordingly, we will expect to receive from you by no later than June 15, 1985, your plan for timely staffing of the Emergency Operations Facility with appropriate management personnel and an implementation schedule.
Your May 10, 1985, letter also indicates you will be. requesting a meeting to discuss your program with the Office of Inspection and Enforcement. To facilitate this meeting, we have scheduled this meeting in Bethesda, Maryland, on July 9, 1985.
You indicated difficulty in completing implementation of your plan changes within the 120-day schedule outlined in my previous letter. Accordingly, we will adjust this deadline to no later than November 15, 1985, a period of approx-imately 120 days following our proposed meeting date discussed-above.
