In accordance with your application dated June 25, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Materials License No. SNM-1107 is hereby amended to authorize use of additional uranyl nitrate storage tanks.
Item 9 of the License is arended to incorporate the supplement dated June 25, 1985. to establish the nuclear criticality safety controls for the storage tanks and for other nonfavorable geometry systens.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the sane.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
