BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - INADEQUATE GROUTED ANCHOR INSPECTION RECORDS - BLRD-50-438/85-07 AND BLRD-50-439/85 SECOND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector Al Ignatonis on January 18, 1985 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 3714. Our first interim report was submitted on February 19, 1985. Below is our second interim report. We expect to submit our next report on or about September 3,1985.
Interim Progress TVA's Office of Engineering (OE) has evaluated all of the grouted anchor installations identified by the Office of Construction (OC) personnel and dispositioned the deficient installations. OC personnel are evaluating all the grout records for verification of acceptance or rejection based on OE's disposition. The results of this evaluation will be provided in a future report.
