We have received a copy of your application. dated April 4,1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application proposed an exigent change to Technical Specification 3.7.D.2 for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. Your appilcation stated that the $150 application fee would be sent to us at a later date. This fee was never received by us.
Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.12, application fees are chargeable i
irrespective of the disposition of the application or a withdrawal of the application.
Even though your application was withdrawn on May 1, 1985, a $150 application fee is due. If there are any additional review l
costs, your Company will be billed separately in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c). Therefore, your Company is requested to remit the required i
application fee of $150.
