SUBJECT: MEETING SUMMARY - INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT REPORTS NOS. 50-325/85-18
AND 50-324/85-18
This refers to the enforcement conference held with you and others of your staff
in the Region II Office on June 6, 1985, at our request. This meeting related to
activities authorized by NRC Operating License Nos. DPR-71 and DPR-62 for the
Brunswick I and 2 facilities. The subject discussed is detailed in the enclosed
inspection report.
Our concerns regarding management control of in-service inspection contractors
were expressed to you at the meeting and your positive response to our concerns
was appreciated.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has
provided for a better understanding of inspection findings and enforcement
issues.
Should you have any questions regarding this summary, we will be pleased to
discuss them.
