The valves were repaired and visually inspected prior to retuming the unit to service.

SUMMARY

Unit 1 entered the month of September 1996 at 100% capability and operated routinely up to 9/7/96 when the unit was shut down to repair leaking test taps off the 'C' and 'D' steam generators. The unit returned to service 9/9/96 and operated routinely the remainder of the month.
