SUBJECT: REPORT NO. 50-302/85-13
Thank you for your response of May 17, 1985, to our Notice of Violation issued
on April 19, 1985, concerning activities conducted at your Crystal River facility.
We have evaluated your response to Violation 85-13-01 and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your correc-
tive actions during future inspections.
Concerning Violation 85-13-02, we are evaluating your response regardin the
promptness of measuring and test equipment out-of-tolerance evaluations.
We
will respond to this item at a later date.
