DPR-71 & DPR-62 SUPPLEMENT TO REQUEST FOR LICENSE AMENDMENT MISCELLANEOUS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION REVISIONS
Dear Mr. Vassallo:
On May 6,1985, Carolina Power & Light Company provided your staff with revised Brunswick-1 and Brunswick-2 Technical Specification (TS) pages pertaining to our license amendment request of September 7,1982 regarding miscellaneous TS revisions. The footnote to Surveillance Requirement 4.6.1.1.a on page 3/4 6-1 was changed to identify high radiation areas as the MSIV Pit, the RWCU Room, the TIP Room and above the drywell head. The RWCU Room is also called the Triangle Room. In order to avoid future confusion, this room shall be specified as the RWCU Penetration Triangle Room.
Enclosed are revised Brunswick-1 and Brunswick-2 TS pages which include the RWCU Penetration Triangle Room in the footnote to Surveillance Requirement 4.6.1.1.a. This submittal supersedes our May 6,1985 submittal.
